Changing a user's role

Team Managers can upgrade the role of a Team Viewer to a Team Manager. However they cannot downgrade a Manager to a viewer including their own role. To upgrade a team member, 

  1. Go to the Teams page and find the row of record for said user in the Members tab. Click on the three dots (or kabab icon) to the right
  2. Click on the “Make Manager” option

You will receive a confirmation message once the user has been upgraded to a viewer
