Reporting
The platform provides users with the ability to download detailed system-level reports, which are crucial for gaining insights into ongoing projects, their statuses, associated reports, runs, and schedules. These reports offer a comprehensive understanding of the system's operations and help monitor project progress. The following types of reports are available:
Types of reports

Project summary: View a summary of all projects linked to your account, including the number of projects and available reports. This report provides an overview of the project's status, report type, run frequency, delivery format, and destination. Key metrics include total rows, request count, number of runs, and a direct URL to the project.

Run summary: View a summary of all runs associated with the account, detailing metrics such as row count, delivery status and delivery destinations.

Delayed schedules: View a summary listing of schedules that have been delayed. This report details delayed project schedules, including the schedule name, scheduled time, delay duration, status, and a URL for easy access.

Schedule activity: View a report detailing any changes made to scheduling activities. The report includes the schedule name, schedule activity and activity details, along with the URL.

Upcoming runs: View a summary of upcoming run dates scheduled for the account, including a URL.
Users can generate these reports for specific time frames and selected projects.
Generating reports
To generate these reports
- Click on **“Generate Report”** under the **“Action”** column on the reporting page.
- Fill in the name of the project.
- Select the timeline for which the report is needed.
- Locate the **"Generated Reports"** column in your interface, where you can see the list of generated reports.
- Click on the number representing the quantity of reports available for a specific summary to open a grid displaying the details of each report.
- The sidebar view will show information about each report, including who generated it and the date and time of generation.
- Find the report you want to download in the grid. Click on the **"Download"** button in the corresponding row to download the report to your device.
Depending on the report's complexity, the generation process may take some time. Once generated, the report will be available for download. To download, click on the number of generated reports in the same row as the report type you wish to download.
