Manual export is restricted if Project is in Pending status.
Can I export data in format other than the configured format?
Once the extraction in complete, you can export and download data in any file format supported by Grepsr.
Why is the delivery status skipped ?
If the delivery destination is not set, delivery status shows skipped. Once the delivery destination is set, extracted data will automatically delivered for schedule runs.
Can I export supporting files ?
No, Manual export of supporting file is not allowed in the platform.
What happens when I cancel my reports?
When reports are canceled, it typically indicates that no additional data is needed, and all associated schedules will be paused.
How can I reset my password?
To reset the password, the user can use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. For this to work, the user must already be registered in the platform.
Why is my account locked out?
After five consecutive failed login attempts, the user account will be locked.
Why didn’t I receive my dataset today?
Deliveries may be missed if the data extraction process has failed.
