Policy regarding retaining data acquired from our services
Regarding the retention of users' Grepsr data, i.e. the data files exported after a crawl run, our policy is as stated below:

< 90 days since first crawl: The data is retained in our database, thus available to view on the Dataset.

90 days to 2 years since first crawl: The data is archived as a CSV file, which will be available for download for up to two years.

> 2 years since first crawl: The data is completely removed.
Therefore, we’d recommend that you download and keep a copy safe in case you think you might need it in the future.
