Data Preview

Actual extracted data can be viewed in the data preview page.

View your dataset

The Data Preview section allows you to browse through the dataset that was extracted. This is useful for running through the data to check if everything is in order.

Filter the datasets

  • Date filter : The datepicker filter below Data Preview will help to navigate the datasets on the basis of the dates. Dates where there is at least one dataset are visually distinguished. The adjacent window next to the datepicker shows a localized timestamp of the different datasets generated on the selected date. Clicking on a dataset from the list will load the associated data in the grid.

  • Page filter : A dataset contains at least one page. Pages can be used to organize the underlying data separately, often in a normalized form. The page filter can be used to navigate from one page to the next. By default, data from the first page is displayed.

  • Columns filter : This filter shows the different column headers on a dataset page. All the columns are loaded by default, and this filter can be used to show specific columns.

Search the datasets

Searching a dataset allows you to locate specific values across all fields in the dataset. To perform a search, simply type the search term in the search box located at the top right of the dataset. This will search all the columns and rows and return exact matches.
