  • Find step-by-step guides, FAQs and troubleshooting tips

  • Search for quick answers to your questions.

  • We keep it updated, so you’re always seeing the latest info.

2. Grepsr Bot – Intelligent Chat Support for Clients

To provide faster, smarter and more reliable support to clients, we have introduced the Grepsr Bot—an intelligent, AI-powered chatbot built right into the Grepsr platform. Designed to assist you in real-time, the Grepsr Bot helps reduce wait times, answer questions accurately and ensure a smooth user experience across the board.

Follow the simple steps below to access and interact with the Grepsr Bot:

  • Step 1: Locate the Help Icon - Open the Grepsr platform and locate the question mark icon (?) at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click on it.

  • Step 2: Select “Grepsr Bot - Click the icon, and from the list of available options, choose Grepsr Bot. This will launch the chatbot window.

  • Step 3: Start typing your queries into the chat window. The Grepsr Bot will provide accurate and relevant responses instantly.
